| How do I sign up for a GoCelly account? |
1. Fill out our signup form. We'll send a text message to your cell phone with a confirmation number. 2. Reply to the text message with the confirmation number. This lets us know that we have the correct phone number. 3. Add a credit card to your account. When you place an order using GoCelly, the card will automatically be used to pay for your food. When you go to pick up your food, there's no need to pay the restaurant manually!

| How much does it cost to use GoCelly? |
GoCelly costs nothing beyond standard text messaging fees! You'll pay the same price that you do if you ordered from the restaurant directly. The prices that are on our menus are identical to what you would find on actual restaurant menus. The prices are constantly updated to ensure accuracy. While we charge a small amount to the restaurant for every transaction, the cost is not added to your order! Remember that standard text message rates apply if your cell phone provider charges for text messages. Most cell phone plans already include bundled text messaging.

| What mobile carriers are supported? |
GoCelly currently works with SMS text messaging systems from major mobile carriers including AT&T, Nextel, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon.

| How can I access GoCelly? |
GoCelly works with any cell phone that has text messaging capability. In order to set up your account and predefined food orders, you can access GoCelly on the web using your personal computer at www.gocelly.com.

| Are GoCelly prices the same as restaurant prices? |
GoCelly menu prices are identical to restaurant menu prices. These prices are continually updated by the restaurants as prices fluctuate. The only exception is when there is a GoCelly promotion, in which case you will pay less than what non-GoCelly users would pay! If you discover a pricing error, please contact and we will correct the problem immediately.

With GoCelly, for every restaurant that you refer that becomes a GoCelly affiliate, you earn $25 in GoCelly credit! Simply print out our flyer and get your favorite restaurants to sign up. When they do, you'll automatically get $25 GoCelly credit good towards orders for any restaurant within the GoCelly affiliate network.
