| What if I will be late in arriving at the restaurant? |
Call the restaurant and let them know if you won't be able to pick up your food within 30 minutes after your estimated pickup time. For text message orders, the restaurant's phone number will be sent via the confirmation text message to your phone, an optional confirmation e-mail, and will also be available on the GoCelly website. For online orders, the restaurant's phone number will be sent via a confirmation e-mail, an optional text message to your phone, and will also be available on the GoCelly website.

| Can I tip the restaurant staff? |
To give an optional tip, select the tip amount in the Save Nickname summary screen or the Order Online summary screen. Each value in the tip pulldown increases by 1% of the order total.
